What to include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

• The name of the app and its version (found in the app's settings or its App Store page)
• Your device model and operating system version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 18)
• A description of the problem and, if possible, the steps that lead to it
• Screenshots, if they help illustrate the issue

Feature requests and feedback

We welcome suggestions. Send them to the same address with "Feedback" in the subject line — we read everything, even when we can't reply to each message individually.
